‘Galactic Enterprise’: The United States has NASA and a very effective fleet of shuttles to launch their astronauts into space. They even have the Delta class vehicles to transport smaller cargo into space. The Russians rely upon their Scion rockets to launch their cosmonauts into orbit; and their Proton vehicles for the lesser cargo.
